Return & Refund Policy


We’re committed to making sure you’re satisfied with your order. If there’s an issue with your item, we’re here to help — but please note that a return to our warehouse is required before any refund can be issued.


  1. Return Required for Refund


To receive a refund, customers must return the item to our designated return address. We do not issue refunds for items that are not returned. This policy applies to all cases, including:



  • Wrong size or color

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged or defective products

  • “Not as described” claims


We appreciate your understanding that returns allow us to verify product issues and process refunds fairly.



  1. Return Conditions


To be eligible for a return and refund:



  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition (unless damaged upon arrival)

  • You must provide photo or video evidence of any issue when submitting your request


Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the warehouse address.



  1. Refund Process


After we receive and inspect your returned item:



  • If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank



  1. Shipping Costs



  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or defective due to our error



  1. Unauthorized Returns


Items returned without approval or without following our return instructions may not be accepted or refunded.
